Shipping Information

A $6.95 flat rate shipping applies to USPS ground only within the continental United states on all coffee orders. Get free ground shipping on coffee orders $50 + within the continental US.

We endeavor to ship your order no later than one week from the time it is received. Everything ships (Monday through Friday). Please ensure it is correct when you place an order. Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost or delayed orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manner. KushBean coffee is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

All shipping is via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Both options offering tracking information which is available in your account. Any order received after 10am Eastern Time on Friday will be either roasted or shipped on the following Monday. We are closed on all major holidays (New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence, Day Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received before or during an observed holiday will be processed and or shipped after.

Please note that WE CANNOT ship to a P.O. Box. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States but if you reside elsewhere and would like to purchase our coffee, please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your shipment.

We ship to military bases in APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those addresses, please contact us.
